Fire Stopping allows good acoustic insulation up to Rw of 52dB. It is easy to used and installed as no additional back coat is required with an addition afeatures of being lightweight. The sealant is unaffected by humidity and it is suitable to make good around most type of service penetrations. It provied an air tight seal and cold smoke. The fire stopping is maintenance free.
